Ingredienti
300 g Polpa di manzo
100 g Pancetta di maiale dolce
1/2 bicchiere Vino rosso
1 bicchiere Brodo di carne
Qualche cucchiaio Salsa di pomodoro
1 Cipolla
1 Carota
1 Sedano,costa
q.b. Olio extravergine di oliva
q.b. Sale e Pepe
Prima di tutto lavare sedano e carota, sbucciando poi la cipolla ed affettando finemente le verdure. In una casseruola abbastanza capiente fate scaldare un cucchiaio di olio. A temperatura raggiunta, fate soffriggere le verdure ed il trito di pancetta.
Aggiungete quindi la polpa di manzo tritata e fate rosolare per qualche minuto. Versare quindi il vino e mescolare. Quando il vino sarà completamente evaporato, aggiungete la salsa di pomodoro ed il brodo di carne, mescolare. Aggiustare di sale e pepe e cuocete per un paio d’ore, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
